Well this is the second part of the Kyles of Brute tour ...

This was a treat and a real surprise ... the Steamer Waverley ... the last sea-going paddle steamer in the world.

The photo on the left and the pano was taken on the way home at a lookout point looking out over the Kyles
Well this concludes my Scotland series ... Hope you enjoyed the trip. On a sadder note ... moving tomorrow so it means that I am going to be without internet for a while so no posts for a while :o( But I will take lots of pics while I'm gone.

Whistle Stop Scotland - Tighnabruaich (Part 1)

It was amazing and we took stax of photo's so I have decided to devide them into two parts. The first one is mostly just the people on the boat.

Pamela and her dad David.

The girls ... Joanne, Pamela and me

Pamela's Auntie Mary, Joanne, and Pamela's mom Katherine.

Whistle Stop Scotland - Edinburgh

We spent Sunday the 13th of August in Edinburgh since we had tickets to go see Danny Bhoy at the Edinburgh festival. So spent most of the day wandering around the city. It really is a beautiful place, but I think the photo's speak for themselves ;o)

This was another statue as a memorial to the Scots that died in the South African wars ...

The festival is still going so drop by if you can ... I can recommend it. More Scotland photo's later ... as a sidenote we found a flat ... yippeee!!!

Whistle Stop Scotland - Glasgow

After Stirling we drove back to Glasgow where we were staying with Pamela and her parents. Pamela took us to a place near their cattery that looks out over Glasgow for a great sunset.

More Scotland pics later.
